What Customers Say About D-Link DWL-G650 Wireless Cardbus Adapter, 802.11g, 108Mbps:

it even worked on older hardware. This product worked out of the box with nearly any linux distribution i threw it at.
It worked perfectly with Ubuntu Jaunty Jackalope out of the box. I bought this item to add wireless to an older laptop.
I asked Dlink for help and got no response. It had no problem connecting to other networks in my neighborhood but not mine. The instructions were pretty clear. Unfortunately I could not get it to connect to my network.
Highly recommended. The only con about this product is I need to pop it out and push it back in again everytime I turn on my super old laptop, which is not that bad. This card works right out of the box. Easy to set up and works great.
This is a much faster replacement. Though it still worked, it was not able to interface with some of the newer security demands. It works well with both XP-Professional Linux (both Ubuntu and Puppy). This is a good product. It replaces an earlier card, DWL650+ that had become dated.
